Murray Buchan Skiing

Since I have been home I spent about a week doing nothing and just relaxing. I was getting some physio as I had a few aches and pains. But now everything is fixed. Which is a positive.

After that I have just been skiing at Bearsden Ski slope. Training with the Scottish team, which has been great. I have also been back on the trampolines at Logy Gym. They are nothing on the ones in Laax or Woodward.
