Recently I have not managed to get abroad much to ski so a lot of my time has been spent on the trampolines at home practising. I have been trying to go twice a week but sometimes I manage to get through to ski at Bearsden instead, which is always nice.

I have been practising my double corks and they are getting a lot better which is great news. One of the difficult things is knowing where you are in the air, so sometimes you can try other tricks to improve your air awareness.

This is one of them. It was taken in Woodward at Copper Mountain, USA at the end of last season. This was only my second go at the trick and it went reasonably well. I will hopefully do it to my feet soon.

Whilst at home I tend to go to a place called Logy Gym out at Loanhead. It is a really good place to train because you have no restrictions on what you can or can't do on the trampolines and you don't get told off too much!
The reason I have been focussing on doubles is because when I go to Canada in a weeks time I would like to be able to try them in the half pipe out there.

We have an opportunity to train with the Canadian team so I will hopefully be able to film a lot and have a few edits for you.
